A Lubin is our own creation made of seasoned, slow roasted, tender and delicious beef, sliced and
served on a hot dog bun (it actually falls apart because it's so tender!) . Top it off with one or more of
our specialty toppings (I recommend Cheese Sauce and Sweet Onions...that's my fave!)

A Link is a 100% all Beef Hot Dog, served on a bun. Choose from a variety of our homemade specialty
toppings to create one of the tastiest dogs you've ever had!

ABOUT OUR SPECIALTY TOPPINGS
OUR CHILI: Our delicious Chili is homemade with over 15 ingredients and seasoned to perfection
with just the right amount of heat, not too spicy, but it does have a little kick!
JUBEE ONIONS: Our Dad's recipe (handed down from our Grandma). A combination of roasted
onions and shallots flavored with a tangy and robust secret sauce. An explosion of flavors to enjoy!
SWEET ONIONS: Another one of Dad's secret recipes. A perfect combination of savory and sweet
flavors combined with our roasted onions and shallots. A delicious addition to a Lubin or a Link!
MAMA'S SPICY KRAUT: This is our Mom's recipe. A combination of sauerkraut and onions in a
spicy red sauce. This is the kraut for those who love some heat.
OUR CHEESE SAUCE: A tasty blend of 4 different cheeses melted together makes this sauce
"cheesy-licious". A must for a Lubin or a Link.
HOT OR SWEET ROASTED CHERRY PEPPERS: We take Hot or Sweet Roasted Peppers and kick
them up a notch by adding our own combination of spices and roasting them.
MAMA'S HOMEMADE ONION RELISH: A tangy pickled Onion Relish that is just the right blend of
savory and sweet. Try it on a Link...you won't be sorry!
